#100DTG so get flagging!
There's only 100 Days to Go until the Commonwealth Games start on the 23rd July in Glasgow. And only 63 days left to Flag a Munro!
Our Development Officer Pete Moir took a group of new Expedition Leaders up Cairngorm to flag their Munro last week. They were the first official group out and took this great photo at the top.

The biggest challenge of the year starts today!
No, it’s not an April Fools' joke, we’re challenging DofE participants, volunteers and supporters to help us bag every one of Scotland's 282 Munros for the Flag a Munro Challenge!
Think you can help? Get your group of at least 4 people together and pick a Munro on the Munro Info page. Then all you have to do is sign up and you'll be sent your flagging pack.
The Challenge kicks off today, so help us to get flagging! Only 77 days left to flag them all!

Join the Flag a Munro Challenge!!
Your involvement with the DofE means you have probably heard of people going to 'bag a Munro' - climbing to the summit of Scotland's highest mountains. But have you ever heard 'flag a Munro?' We thought not....
In the spirit of adventurers who bring their country's flag to the ends of the earth, we're asking you to 'Flag a Munro' to celebrate the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. It's part of our Legacy 2014 project, Commonwealth Connections. You and a group have the opportunity to climb one of Scotland's 282 Munros and take a picture at the top with your flag - just like an explorer!
Group registration opens today; climbs will take place between April and June 2014. Talk to your Leader to sign up. You can 'flag' as many Munros as you want in a group as big as you want (minimum of 4 people) - we're trying to flag them all and we'll need your help!
